And if you need help navigating the system, Lekhari Pro is ready to assist.
🌐 What Is PGRS?
The Chief Minister’s Public Grievance Redressal System (CMGRS) is a centralized platform that allows citizens to:
- Lodge complaints against any government department or office
- Track the status of their grievance using a unique ID
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities
- Receive updates via SMS/email
This system is backed by the Andhra Pradesh Public Services Delivery Guarantee Act, 2017, which ensures time-bound delivery of 336 services across 33 departments, including:
- Ration cards, pensions, certificates, and licenses
- Land and property records
- Drinking water, electricity, and sanitation
- Health, education, and welfare services
📲 How to File a Complaint
You can register your grievance through multiple channels:
- Online Portal: — fill the form and receive an acknowledgement number
- Mobile App: Download the PGRS app and submit your complaint
- Call Center: Dial 1902 toll-free to lodge a complaint
- Meeseva Centers: Visit your local center and file a written grievance
- Collectorate Grievance Day (PGRS Monday): Meet officials directly at district offices
Once submitted, you’ll receive a YSR ID to track your complaint status and escalate if needed.
